Photography: Apperture



Experimenting with abstraction through the use of aperture. 


Aperture is the opening inside of a camera lense. When the shutter in the camera opens the light will hit it. This process is used in F numbers. You will see these settings on your camera as soon as you set your settings to "A" (aperture). For example; large aperture would be f/2 and small would be f/22.
The meaning behind this is to completely set focus on a person, object or plant etc... 
Taking your background out of focus (causing a blurry effect) to add spotlight on your chosen matter.
